Menu Five - Cocktail Reception & Dinner Buffet

Please make your selection of four different silver tray
passed hors d’oeuvres, which will be followed by our dinner buffet.
Please select two main courses, two salads and two side
dishes from our
a-la-carte menus for your dinner buffet.
Menu Six - Cocktail Reception, Antipasto & Dinner
Buffet
$68 pp
Please make your selection of four different silver tray
passed hors d’oeuvres, which will be followed by our provençale
antipasto buffet. Please select one main course, one salad and two side
dishes from our a-la-carte menus for your dinner buffet.
Menu Seven - Cocktail Reception & Two-Course
Sit-Down Dinner
$62 pp
Please make your selection of four different silver tray
passed hors d'oeuvres. The reception will be followed by a two course sit-down
dinner. Please choose from our a-la-carte menus: one appetizer or salad
and one or two* main course(s). (*You may give your guests two different
main course options, we will need exact count per dish five working days
prior to your event).
Menu Eight - Cocktail Reception & Three-Course
Sit-Down Dinner
$70 pp
Please make your selection of four different silver tray passed hors
d'oeuvres. The reception will be followed by a three course sit-down dinner.
Please choose from our a-la-carte menus: one appetizer, one salad, and
one or two* main course(s). (*You may give your guests two different
main course options, we will need exact count per dish five working days
prior to your event).
Pascal Catering is not limited to the following
menu items.
Any theme requests regarding ethnic foods,
ambiance, or décor are welcome!
(Ex: Moroccan party, Spanish, Persian…)
