
Food and Beverage Estimates
Prices are subject to change and definite prices will be
confirmed 30 days prior to your event. Total costs vary according to the
menu selection and type of event.
Deposits
Deposits are based on the number of guests. Your first
deposit of 10% is non-refundable and is due upon confirmation,
which entails the signature of the estimate provided by your event coordinator.
A second refundable deposit is requested 60 days prior to the event date
and is based on 50% of the estimated charges. The estimated final balance
is due two weeks business days prior to your event in the form of a check,
cash or cashier's check. Payment should be made in US dollars.
Sales Tax
Pascal Catering will add a mandatory 7.75% sales tax to
the invoice total.
Rentals and Specialty Items
Pascal Catering is pleased to present you with a wide range
of china, silverware, stemware, specialty linens, and overall theme. It
would be our pleasure to assist you with the personalization of your event.
Off Premise Catering
Pascal Catering caters to the finest in Orange and Los
Angeles Counties. Past clients include Flectcher Jones Mercedes Benz,
Chanel, Gourmet Magazine, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Lexus, Rolls Royce, Tiffany's,
Cantoni and Primary Colors to name a few. References are available upon
request.
Service Charge
Pascal Catering will add a mandatory 18% service charge to
the invoice total to cover for overhead expenses ~ food preparation in our
kitchen and travel time and transportation.
Full Service Staff
Our professional staff is dressed in classic attire and is
fully qualified in setting up, waiting and bartending, as well as thorough
cleanup after a buffet dinner. For buffet style receptions we suggest one
waiter per 15 guests; for sit-down dinners, one waiter per 10 guests as well
we suggest one bartender or wine steward and a busboy per 50 guests. A
chef and event coordinator are required at all times. Please contact
your coordinator for a total service personnel cost analysis.
Staffing:
Catering Coordinator $ 35 / hr
Waiter/Bartender $ 25 / hr
Chef $ 30 / hr
Sous-Chef $ 25 / hr
Busboy $ 17 / hr
Maitre d' $ 28 / hr
Preferred Vendor Services
We have a list of preferred vendors that we use on a regular
basis and feel very comfortable referring them to you. You may contract
your own vendors, although we require a list of names and phone numbers
of any outside vendors, so we can setup a walk through prior to the event.
Additional Notes:
1. A minimum attendance guarantee is required
5 business days in advance of your event. If you do not contact us within
the specified time, your expected attendance will serve as your guarantee.
This minimum guarantee is not subject to reduction.
2. Prepayment in full with a cashiers check
is required five (5) business days prior to your function. Pascal Catering
cannot accept credit cards as payment.
3. For cancellations less than five (5) business
days prior to the event, the client will be liable for the dollar amount of
the guaranteed attendance.
4. Prices may change due to market fluctuations.
Confirmed prices will be quoted thirty (30) days prior to the function.
5. Cake Cutting Fee: You may provide your own
cake, and a cutting fee of $2.50 per person will be applied to the invoice.
The cake cutting fee will be waived in Pascal Catering provides your wedding
cake. Pascal Catering will take no responsibility for any cake provided by
an outside vendor.
6. Corkage: $12.00 per bottle. Corkage
fee will be waived if Pascal Catering provides your wines.
7. Cake Fee: Our custom wedding cakes start
at $8.00 per person and up.
8. Beverages: With domestic beer: $7.50 per
person and with imported beer add $2 per person.
