PASCAL
Zagat Survey 2009
"Mock France's politics if you must, but you can't
find fault" with the "classically made", "first-class
French" "masterpieces" "created by warm, caring"
chef-owner Pascal Olhats at his "pretty", "intimate"
bistro hidden in a stip-mall location (at least that means "tons
of parking in the evening"); the "staff is very professional
and attentive" as well, so while prices aren't low, they seem "reasonable,
particularly for Newport Beach"; P.S. "you can also order a
picnic basket or specialty [foods] at their deli next door."
